World Mental Health Day - Help & Resources

10th October in the UK is World Mental Health Awareness Day.  Whilst there is far less stigma then there used to be, this issue still needs us all to be talking more.

Mental health issues are just as important as physical, and also linked very closely for many people.  Ongoing physical pain can cause depression. Anxiety can manifest many physical problems.  And round and round we go. 

Our team are ALWAYS here to listen and help if we can. And over the years, we have covered lots of issues relating to mental health.  Here's a round up in one place, BUT of course we must advise you to always speak with your GP if suffering serious mental health issues, and seek support from your friends and family.
