Health & Nutrition Advice

When it comes to health and nutrition advice, it will always be like our supplements - no nonsense!

If you have any questions, please do contact us. We promise to help and support you in any way we can.  You can chat via the live help desk, email, phone and DMs on social media - you choose which works best for you.

Every member of our team has been working in health and nutrition for at least 10 years, some for over 35 years!   Our work is always evidence based.  The skill level ranges right up to that of biochemist at the factory, so we promise you professional help and support at all times.

Customers often come to us taking many products but with poor results.  For most, one or two key foundation supplements is plenty, topping up specific nutrients if needed.  Many customers feel refreshed and revitalised by our simple approach which yields great results.

We believe in real food and nutrition consolidated by solid science. And provide a wealth of free information on natural nutrition to help you improve your wellbeing.

Our continuous professional development alongside the pioneers in the field of nutrition constantly expands our knowledge in order to help our customers FEEL better.    We are tired of the media driven misinformation on health and nutrition, and are committed to helping you get real health advice.

Follow us on Facebook for lots of free articles and plenty of conversation.

Codes of Conduct

Please bear in mind that we are limited by a huge array of both UK and EU legislation.  We cannot make any claims relating to medicinal benefits i.e. the ability to cure, treat or prevent disease. We are mindful of all legislation, and our team will always let you know if they are unable to answer certain questions. But rest assured we will always be as helpful as we can.

In line with professional codes of conduct for natural health care professionals, we will never ever diagonose a condition, and always recommend that you seek advice with a GP if you are experiencing symptoms of unknown origin.  If you are taking pharmaceutical medication or are under medical supervision, you should always check with your GP if you have any questions.  We are neither qualified, nor allowed to discuss allopathic medicines.

Always read the label and do not exceed the stated dose.

Health supplements should be kept out of the reach of children.
