When it comes to health and nutrition advice, it will always be like our supplements - no nonsense! If you have any questions, please contact us we will be very happy to help you.
(Connect with the articles page: simple ideas to feel better, naturally!)
Every single member of our team has been working in the health and nutrition field for at least 6 years, some for over 35 years! Our work is always evidence based. The skill level ranges right up to that of biochemist at the factory, so we promise you professional help and support at all times.
When it comes to supplements, we believe simple is best. Customers often come to us taking many products but with poor results. For most, one or two key foundation supplements is plenty, topping up specific nutrients if needed. Many of our customers feel refreshed and revitalised by our simple approach which also yields great results.
We believe in real food and nutrition consolidated by solid science. We believe continuous professional development alongside the pioneers in the field of nutrition is essential, and are constantly expanding our knowledge in order to help our customers better. We are tired of the media driven misinformation on health and nutrition, and are committed to helping you get real, accurate advice.
Please bear in mind that we are limited by a huge array of both UK and EU legislation. We cannot make any claims relating to medicinal benefits i.e. the ability to cure, treat or prevent disease. We are mindful of all legislation, and our team will always let you know if they are unable to answer certain questions. But rest assured we will always be as helpful as we can.
In line with professional codes of conduct for natural health care professionals, we will never ever diagonose a condition, and always recommend that you seek advice with a GP if you are experiencing symptoms of unknown origin. If you are taking pharmaceutical medication or are under medical supervision, you should always check with your GP if you have any questions. We are neither qualified, nor allowed to discuss allopathic medicines.
Always read the label and do not exceed the stated dose.
Health supplements should be kept out of the reach of children.
