Each of the range provides a complete spectrum of nutrition. Each one can be used as a stand alone foundation supplement. They are so effective, that for someone in good health, just one can be sufficient.
But personal preference and needs will always dictate; some people feel the nutritional input of one supplement more than the other, this is a case of personal experimentation.
