Order before 4pm, and we send your order the same day (Monday - Friday).
Most orders are sent using First Class Royal Mail so will arrive with your normal post, normally the next day.
Some large or heavy orders are sent with the courier DPD.
Orders over £80 in value are tracked and traced for your peace of mind.
We also deliver all over the World. For orders outside of the UK, delivery cost is determined by weight. For a full list of product weights click here

So one or two items will usually be just £1.75 for our international customers.
For customers outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted during checkout.
Delayed / Lost Parcels - the vast majority of our UK orders arrive the next day if ordered before 4pm.
If you have received a card, and have been unable to arrange redelivery / collection within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will have this resent for you.
On very rare occasions, Royal Mail items can get delayed. We cannot refund or resend Royal Mail orders until 15 days have passed since the day of posting.
Within this time frame however, if an order has been delayed, we recommend you contact your local sorting office as especially in summer and Christmas periods, deliveries can be attempted but no card left.
In many years of trading, and tens of thousands of parcels, there have been occasional lost parcels. Any claim / enquiry regarding a lost parcel MUST be made within 30 days of the date of order. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we cannot refund or resend an order, as we ourselves cannot instigate an investigation with Royal Mail or Parcelforce after this time.
